What was journalists' association reaction Members of the Association of BH Journalists Board of Directors issued a Press Release and demanded from the Banja Luka Police Chief to make public apology to Mr. Susak due to inconvenience. Free Media Help Line sent an urgent notice letter to the Banja Luka Police Official Authorities demanding their official view about this particular case concluding in Mr. Susak being arrested. We immediately received the answer by the Banja Luka Police Official Authorities claiming that Mr. Susak was not arrested because he had failed to perform his professional duties appropriately; instead, he was arrested because his professional journalist’s ID accreditation card was not visible enough so they (the Police) were not able to identify him before he was brought to the Police station in Banja Luka. Free Media Help Line sent another protest letter to the police (26.12.2018.)

Vladimir Susak, a journalist from Banja Luka was arrested today by the Police Officials in Banja Luka while taking a photo of Davor Dragicevic (person organizing protest aimed on urging authorities to solve the murder of his son) who, at this time, was in an ambulance car that were taking him from the Police Station where he had previously been interrogated.
