Sanadin Voloder, the journalist for the newspaper Stav, was attacked in Montenegro during an official trip.
Voloder did a reportage for Stav in Cetinje and promoted his book. After returning from Cetinje, on February 16 in the evening, L. B. forcibly got into his car, threatened him, insulted him and physically assaulted him. He demanded the journalist to drive him to Danilovgrad, threatening him with death if he reported him. After a certain time, L.B. forced the journalist to stop the car and get out of it, and then drove off in an unknown direction. The next day, the police found a burned car.
The police investigation discovered the identity of the perpetrator who was arrested and detained. L.B. is charged with the criminal offenses of confiscation of a motor vehicle and destruction and damage to other people’s property. the prosecution did not include death threats in the offenses.
