Journalist of RTCG Nebojsa Sofranac on June 16, 2021, in Security Center Podgorica filed a complaint against P. V. for insults and threats. The duty prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica stated that the content of the report does not provide elements of the commission of a criminal offense, but the commission of a violation of the Law on Public Order and Peace.

In the regular procedure, the officials of the SC Podgorica submitted a Request for conducting misdemeanor proceedings to the Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica.
