Fadil Novalića, the former prime minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, verbally attacked the journalists of CIN and FTV for publishing an article about the verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the determination of prison sentences for the actors of the “Respirators” sphere.
Fadil Novalić launched a political campaign against FTV journalist Haris Šetović and CIN journalists, accusing them of “fostering an affair” regarding the purchase of ventilators and illegal spending of public money, and that he himself is “a victim of a politically rigged process”. Similar accusations against the media were made by the third defendant, Fikret Hodžić, which turned into a serious and security-threatening campaign against FTV and CIN, hate speech and incitement on social networks. High officials of the SDA party also joined that campaign.
