The former head of the Belgrade Center of the Department of State Security, Milan Radonjić and former members of the DB Ratko Romić and Miroslav Kurak, who were acquitted by a final court decision of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade, of having participated in the murder of journalist Slavko Ćuruvija, filed a lawsuit against the Slavko Ćuruvija Foundation for the announcement in which the Foundation expressed its disagreement with that verdict. And despite the fact that these are lawsuits filed for the same announcement, and that the same person was sued, all three plaintiffs filed separate lawsuits. The total amount of damages claimed in the lawsuits amounts to RSD 1,500,000. Lawsuits were filed due to the alleged violation of honor and reputation.
