Portal Borba filed a report against Antena M, Darko Šuković and Miljan Vešović to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Podgorica. The reason for the report was a text published on the Antena M portal entitled “How the Civil Conflict in Montenegro Begins” dated February 6, 2024. year, and which they state “contains hate speech”. The ODT confirmed to Borba that “a case has been formed and handed over to the acting prosecutor”.

The acting prosecutor in the ODT concluded that there were no grounds for initiating criminal proceedings.
