Portal Slobodna Bosna published an analytical article about the president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and how he changed his views on Srebrenica and the crime of genocide. In article,  it was factually showed that Dodik was previously on the side of those who recognize the genocide and called on the National Assembly of the RS to adopt the report on Srebrenica that was created by the International Independent Commission.

After the publication of the article,  Slobodna Bosna received a threatening message from an unknown person in which this media is called “the spitting box of the Serbian and Croatian people” and that “the editorial team will end up where it should”.

Before this threat, the Serbian media Informer launched a brutal campaign against Slobodna Bosnia (since February 2024) and continued to publish a series of articles with incitement against this media and its journalists and editors.

BH Journalists (BHJA) reported the case to the police.
