Journalist Ana Lalić received dozens of insults, hate speech and threats, after the publication of a edited video in which Ana’s statements were taken out of context and monitored in the video.

In connection with the received threats, 5 criminal charges were filed for various threats made by several persons on social networks.

One of the threats came via the social network Instagram on 12/03/2024. in the way that the unknown person from the Instagram account of Miloš V. (mikevil_) threatened to attack the life and body of the injured Anna Hegediš with the words: “I’ll find where you live, I’ll fuck your dead mother in your mouth… I’ll find you soon, you’ll see”, by which he committed the criminal offense under Art. 138.para.3 of the CC. I am attaching a screenshot of the mentioned threat.
