Journalist Ana Lalić received dozens of insults, hate speech and threats, after the publication of a edited video in which Ana’s statements were taken out of context and monitored in the video.

In connection with the received threats, 5 criminal charges were filed for various threats made by several persons on social networks.

One of them arrived via the social network Facebook, from the account of Don Tuti (https://www.facebook.com/people/Majk-Wil-II/100006784806211/?locale=sr_RS) on March 12, 2024. The person threatened to attack the life and body of the injured Ana Hegediš with the words: “You whore, naicici te hde hivis in novi sadu zaklacu te aloo… I will slaughter you!!!”, thus committing the criminal offense of Endangering safety under Art. 138, paragraph 3 of the CC.

In connection with this event, a report was submitted to the competent public prosecutor’s office.
