    On January 13, journalist Gojko Raicevic was detained because he published that there was an explosion at the official state-owned residential villa Gorica in Podgorica. Police later denied this, stating that there was no explosion, but some failure in electrical installations. Montenegrin police and the prosecution claim that Raicevic, who was released after the hearing, caused panic and disorder with that article. The portal on which he is the editor (IN4S) immediately conveyed the police denial of the controversial news.
