At Septemeber 28, 2016 round 13:30, during shooting, the attacker threatened the journalist with evedent aim go frighten her on her way form her home to lawyer’s office. Defendant, according to the state Attorney suspicions, went on with threats and he spit on her as she was on her way back from the lawyer’s office asking him some more questions. She was with her cameraman. That made her uncertain and afraid for her life. Defendant was kept in detention as there was the possibility of repeating his actions. To Ema Branica, journalist, a person who was in her story in Nova TV “Provjereno” show and who was not satisfied by presentation sent a message saying she would end as late Ivo Pukanić. That was a death threat beyond any doubt. “Provjereno” crew brodacasted show about a man faking to be a woman with a goal of seducing old and demented men to get their real estates.
