Dragan Popadic, a Director of Radio Tivat, received threat on February 15, in front of town chapel in that city, due to Radio Tivat reporting.
Dissatisfied with the way in which the Radio Tivat reported about the lawsuit filed by the Arsic family, Rade Gaga Arsic threatened Popadic.
Arsic attacked Popadic in front of the Tivat city chapel, grabbed his arm, insulted him and threatened to “pay him when he retireds”. The same day, Popadic reported the case to the police, and on July 11, the Misdemeanor Court Kotor issued a verdict on the basis of accepting Arsic’s responsibility for the act he was charged with.
Arsic is charged with disturbing public order and sending threats to Popadic, and fined 360 euros.
