The director of the “CDM” portal, Boris Darmanović, submitted the application on January 21, 2021. to the Security Center Podgorica against an unknown person who sent a threatening message to the CDM portal from the “Facebook” profile of “Luka Nilević”.
“Let’s drop a bomb on you,” was the content of the message received.
The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica stated that from the content of the comments in the initial phase, there are elements of committing the criminal offense of causing general danger. The formed case files were submitted to the competent prosecutor for evaluation, decision-making and legal qualification.
