N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sesion mori pjes\u00eb Drejtoresha e P\u00ebrgjithshme e RTSH-s\u00eb, znj. Eni Vasili, e cila theksoi p\u00ebrpjekjet e brendshme n\u00eb vijim dhe kufizimet financiare, si dhe ekspert\u00ebt e integritetit t\u00eb medias, z. Lutfi Dervishi dhe dr. Blerjana Bino, k\u00ebrkuese n\u00eb SJN dhe Drejtore Ekzekutive e SCiDEV, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt theksuan urgjenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr forcimin e mekanizmave t\u00eb llogaridh\u00ebnies dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjes publike.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Blerjana Bino solli nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim analitik mbi sfidat strukturore dhe funksionale t\u00eb RTSH-s\u00eb, duke argumentuar se reforma duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrtej pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb formale dhe t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb integritet funksional dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie sistemike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRTSH-ja duhet par\u00eb si nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb publike dhe demokratike e kujtes\u00ebs kolektive dhe dialogut qytetar\u00a0 nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ku informacioni i sh\u00ebrben t\u00eb mir\u00ebs publike, jo interesave politike apo tregut,\u201d deklaroi Bino. \u201cPavar\u00ebsia e saj nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb absolute; ajo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb funksionale\u00a0 e bazuar n\u00eb paanshm\u00ebri, llogaridh\u00ebnie dhe transparenc\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bino theksoi se reforma n\u00eb qeverisje \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr rikthimin e besimit publik. Procesi i p\u00ebrzgjedhjes s\u00eb organeve drejtuese t\u00eb RTSH-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb tejkaloj\u00eb negociatat politike dhe formulat e proporcionalitetit, duke garantuar merit\u00ebn profesionale dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin qytetar. Ajo gjithashtu b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr mekanizma t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe transparent\u00eb raportimi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb rishikime t\u00eb rregullta t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs, publikimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave financiare dhe kanale komunikimi me publikun q\u00eb lidhin qytetar\u00ebt me kuadrin e llogaridh\u00ebnies s\u00eb transmetuesit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dimension thelb\u00ebsor i diskutuar ishte pavar\u00ebsia editoriale. Bino n\u00ebnvizoi se besueshm\u00ebria varet nga standardet e qarta editoriale, gazetaria analitike dhe mbrojtja e gazetar\u00ebve nga presionet e brendshme apo t\u00eb jashtme. Ajo gjithashtu theksoi nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr zhvillim profesional t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, edukim digjital dhe aft\u00ebsi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtatur me ndryshimet teknologjike dhe shoq\u00ebrore, duke ruajtur standardet etike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb trajtimin e aspektit financiar, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit ran\u00eb dakord se financimi duhet t\u00eb lidhet me transparenc\u00ebn dhe performanc\u00ebn, e jo me ndikimin politik. Bino shtoi se diversifikimi i burimeve financiare nuk duhet t\u00eb minoj\u00eb misionin e sh\u00ebrbimit publik t\u00eb RTSH-s\u00eb dhe se inteligjenca artificiale dhe transformimi digjital mund t\u00eb nxisin transparenc\u00ebn, inovacionin dhe angazhimin e audienc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutimi u mbyll me mir\u00ebkuptimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt se reforma e RTSH-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb sistemike, jo sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton qeverisje t\u00eb hapur dhe transparente, mbik\u00ebqyrje pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse, zhvillim etik dhe digjital, si dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme publike. P\u00ebrtej reform\u00ebs institucionale, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit theksuan nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur gazetar\u00ebt nga censura e brendshme, presioni politik dhe hakmarrja. Bino argumentoi gjithashtu se forca e RTSH-s\u00eb varet nga aft\u00ebsia e gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr t\u2019u organizuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur me nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb Forum u pajtuan se nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb e qart\u00eb e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mediave dhe nj\u00eb transmetues publik i pavarur e i besuesh\u00ebm jan\u00eb t\u00eb paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e debatit demokratik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
