Organizatat e n\u00ebnshkruara p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e medias dhe lirin\u00eb e shprehjes, si dhe sindikatat e shoqatat e gazetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar nga padia p\u00ebr shpifje e ngritur kund\u00ebr gazetarit Isa Myzyraj, i cili punon p\u00ebr Ora News, nga Elizabeta Imeraj.<\/p>\n

Ish-prokurorja e lart\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, Imeraj u shkarkua n\u00eb prill 2022 si pjes\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb besimit n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar apo shpjeguar pasurit\u00eb e saj. Me rastin e seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme, ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me respekt t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e procesit t\u00eb rregullt ligjor dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe shtypit, si dhe raportimit n\u00eb interes publik merret parasysh si\u00e7 duhet.<\/p>\n

Imeraj ka paditur Myzyrajn pasi ky i fundit raportoi k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet dhe intimidimet q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb pas shkrimeve p\u00ebr procesin e vettingut t\u00eb Imerajt n\u00eb rrjetet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb marsit dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb prillit 2022, Myzyraj komentoi zhvillimet rreth procesit t\u00eb vetingut t\u00eb Imerajt t\u00eb kryer nga Operacioni Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Monitorimit (ONM) i mandatuar nga Kushtetuta.<\/p>\n

Gazetari kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb re se koleg\u00ebt e mediave t\u00eb tjera filluan t\u00eb autocensurohen, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shum\u00eb media kryesore nuk raportuan mbi zhvillimet.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, mediat n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi anonime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri filluan t\u00eb publikonin artikuj shpif\u00ebs q\u00eb sulmonin an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e OMN-s\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Politikat Evropiane t\u00eb Fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Zgjerimin e karakterizoi si nj\u00eb “fushat\u00eb t\u00eb orkestruar shpifjesh”.<\/p>\n

Myzyraj tha se hetimet e tij zbuluan se t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tre nga k\u00ebto media online kishin lidhje me Imerajn dhe i publikoi k\u00ebto pretendime n\u00eb Facebook dhe Twitter. Imeraj e kund\u00ebrshtoi k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb dhe b\u00ebri nj\u00eb padi pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Elbasan.<\/p>\n

Padia e shpifjes \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst ku ka shqet\u00ebsime serioze p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e medias dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet ndaj gazetaris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur e mbikqyr\u00ebse (watchdog) n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e cila ra n\u00eb 2022 n\u00eb vendin e 103-t\u00eb n\u00eb Indeksin Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Liris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtypit t\u00eb Reporter\u00ebve pa Kufinj, duke u renditur e fundit n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n
