Hulumtuesja e rrjetit Safe Journalists, znj. Bino, mori pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e 10-t\u00eb t\u00eb Medias n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore, e organizuar nga P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i OSBE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Lirin\u00eb e Medias (RFoM), q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb m\u00eb 29\u201330 maj 2025. Me tem\u00ebn \u201cZbatimi i Q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb Mediatike p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb Informuara dhe Rezistente,\u201d konferenca mblodhi rreth 130 gazetar\u00eb, ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb medias, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebs dhe akademik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar mbi gazetarin\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb pavarur.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e hapjes, Ambasadori i RFoM t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb, Jan Braathu, theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjer\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb medias, duke n\u00ebnvizuar rolin e saj n\u00eb demokracin\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe sigurin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dr. Blerjana Bino, bashk\u00ebthemeluese dhe Drejtore Ekzekutive e Qendr\u00ebs SCiDEV si dhe k\u00ebrkuese n\u00eb Rrjetin Safe Journalists, ishte nj\u00eb nga fol\u00ebset kryesore n\u00eb panelin \u201cZbatimi n\u00eb praktik\u00eb i Manifestit p\u00ebr Q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb Mediatike.\u201d Paneli, i moderuar nga k\u00ebshilltari i lart\u00eb i OSBE-s\u00eb Guido Keel, trajtoi zbatimin e parimeve ky\u00e7e si qart\u00ebsia konceptuale, bashk\u00ebpunimi strategjik dhe zbatimi praktik.<\/p>\n

Dr. Bino theksoi \u00e7\u00ebshtje sistemike q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e medias n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kushtet e brishta ekonomike, pron\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar dhe netransparente t\u00eb mediave t\u00eb lidhura me interesa politike dhe biznesi, si dhe reduktimin e mb\u00ebshtetjes nga donator\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb \u2013 nj\u00eb \u201cthat\u00ebsir\u00eb donator\u00ebsh\u201d q\u00eb rrit ndjesh\u00ebm cenueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e mediave.
