Si pasoj\u00eb, Inspektorati p\u00ebrfundoi se rasti nuk plot\u00ebson kushtet e k\u00ebrkuara nga ligji shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsideruar si nj\u00eb largim kolektiv.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, ORA sh.a. u gjet se kishte kryer disa shkelje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mosparaqitja e dokumentacionit t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me procedurat e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr disa punonj\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>Mos-pagimi i kontributeve t\u00eb detyrueshme shoq\u00ebrore dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn nga tetori 2022 deri n\u00eb shkurt 2025. Inspektorati ka njoftuar k\u00ebt\u00eb shkelje n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tatimeve, autoritetin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr marrjen e masave zbatuese.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00ebshmi e paplot\u00eb p\u00ebr pagesat e pagave, konkretisht mungesa e list\u00ebs s\u00eb pagave q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebronte urdhrat e pages\u00ebs t\u00eb paraqitura, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje sipas Kodit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Inspektorati sqaroi se procedurat e falimentimit i takojn\u00eb juridiksionit t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Falimentimit, por theksoi se k\u00ebrkesat e punonj\u00ebsve mbeten prioritet, edhe n\u00eb situata falimentimi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inspektorati theksoi se ka p\u00ebrmbushur mandatin e tij mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebshilloi q\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjet e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb zgjidhen p\u00ebrmes procedurave gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb tani, Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Ministria e Financave, Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive (AMA), Agjencia p\u00ebr Administrimin e Pasurive t\u00eb Sekuestruara dhe Konfiskuara (AAPSK), si dhe Avokati i Popullit nuk kan\u00eb reaguar ende letr\u00ebs son\u00eb.
