Ky ishte mesazhi kryesor i tryez\u00ebs s\u00eb rrumbullak\u00ebt n\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/scidevcenter.org\/2025\/09\/02\/local-workshop-with-journalists-and-prosecutors-on-safety-of-journalists-in-korca\/\">Kor\u00e7\u00eb m\u00eb 11 shtator 2025<\/a>, ku prokuror\u00eb, polic\u00eb dhe gazetar\u00eb u mblodh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar sfidat e vazhdueshme p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e gazetar\u00ebve dhe lirin\u00eb e medias n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00ebnvizuan se mosbesimi midis medias dhe institucioneve buron kryesisht nga komunikimi i dob\u00ebt; se gazetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb guximin t\u00eb denoncojn\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet duke respektuar standardet etike; dhe se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet personale jan\u00eb po aq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sa kornizat ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar bashk\u00ebpunim. Diskutimet treguan gjithashtu se kredibiliteti publik mbetet mbrojtja m\u00eb e fort\u00eb p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa prokuror\u00ebt dhe policia duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb proaktiv\u00eb dhe transparent\u00eb, duke siguruar akses n\u00eb informacion dhe duke ndjekur hetime <strong>ex officio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, institucionet kan\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi direkte p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e gazetar\u00ebve. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet p\u00ebrtej deklaratave dhe protokolleve, duke zbatuar nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb reagimi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet dhe sulmet t\u00eb adresohen menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrparon n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE, tryeza e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs tregoi se progresi varet si nga reformat sistemike ashtu edhe nga marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet njer\u00ebzore. Mbrojtja e gazetar\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtje mekanizmash institucional\u00eb; ajo lidhet me praktikat e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb hapjes, solidaritetit, respektit dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies, t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb liria e shtypit t\u00eb jet\u00eb reale n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarja mbajti s\u00eb bashku gazetar\u00eb vendas dhe komb\u00ebtar\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb dhe policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar mbi sfidat, boshll\u00ebqet dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar mbrojtjen e gazetar\u00ebve dhe lirin\u00eb e medias n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ky workshop pasoi takime t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/scidevcenter.org\/2025\/04\/12\/scidev-brings-together-prosecutors-state-police-and-journalists-in-fier-to-strengthen-journalist-safety\/\"><strong>Fier<\/strong><\/a> (prill 2025) dhe <a href=\"https:\/\/scidevcenter.org\/2025\/06\/26\/multistakeholder-dialogue-to-enhance-journalist-safety-in-shkodra\/\"><strong>Shkod\u00ebr<\/strong><\/a> (qershor 2025), si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeje afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar dialogun e strukturuar jasht\u00eb<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/scidevcenter.org\/2025\/02\/19\/workshop-with-journalists-and-prosecutors-on-the-standards-of-freedom-of-expression-and-freedom-of-journalists\/\">Tiran\u00ebs<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambasadori i Holand\u00ebs, Reinout Vos, theksoi se liria e medias \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb themelore demokratike dhe evropiane, duke nxitur krijimin e nj\u00eb mekanizmi institucional t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb koordinuar reagimet e shtetit ndaj k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve ndaj gazetar\u00ebve. Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se k\u00ebto sfida nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dialog konstruktiv midis institucioneve dhe medias.<\/p>\n<p>Blerjana Bino prezantoi t\u00eb dh\u00ebna shqet\u00ebsuese t\u00eb monitorimit\u201445 shkelje n\u00eb 2024 dhe 29 raste t\u00eb reja tashm\u00eb n\u00eb 2025, shumica t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb raportime p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosbesimit dhe munges\u00ebs s\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes.
