The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia without any explanation banned journalists from monitoring the session at which they evaluated the constitutionality of the law on amnesty. According to the rulebook of the Constitutional Court, sessions are behind closed doors, away from the public eye, when the topic concerning the session conflicts with the status of preserving the interest of the national state.
