FoNet agency reporter Marko Dragoslavić was attacked around 3:30 p.m. while he was filming the “Fristajler” raft from the promenade, which partially sank during New Year’s Eve.
While he was filming the raft and the coast, he was attacked by two men who did not allow him to start filming. The journalist showed his press credentials or: “Despite this, one of them got in my face, grabbed my neck with his fist and, squeezing me, pushed me away,” he stated.
The police and the public prosecutor’s office initiated proceedings, however, after taking a statement from the injured journalist, Dragoslavić stated that he did not want to prosecute anyone, and that he now considers that his safety was not threatened. On the basis of the document dated 20.01.2023. by the competent public prosecutor’s office, a decision was made to dismiss the criminal complaint.
