TV Gorazde, whose editor-in-chief of journalist Elvira Aganović, was appointed an extraordinary session of the Assembly of BPK Gorazde. The session was sheduled by the chairman of the Assembly, Aida Obuća, at the request of five opposition deputies and asked for it to be broadcasted. TV Gorazde provided the broadcasting. However, at the next meeting of the Assembly, deputy Ramiz Ridzal from the SDA, asked the editor-in-chief and Director of RTV BPK Gorazde for the deputy speaker whether the media was abused by the opposition. Journalist Aganovic wrote on her facebook profile status “The Minister comes out for the first time in his mandate and misses the address”. This journalist’s statement did not contain hate speech, accusation, insult or anything like that, but a free expression of an individual’s opinion through the social network. Then 2.12.2017. In late evening, journalist Elvira Aganovic received threatening messages from Ramiz Ridžala, a deputy in the Assembly of BPK Gorazde. Mr. Ramiz Ridzal threatened to publish alleged footage of journalist Aganovic, because she wrote negatively about him. In a series of messages, Ramiz Ridzal urges a journalist to decide whether to “be a friend or an enemy” and writes “You are guilty”, “stubborn” and states that he has to publish video footage of her and states that he will gladly tag journalist Elvir Aganović on social networks.
