According to estimates by Reporters Without Borders, Bosnia and Herzegovina is among the most liberal countries in the world in the field of legal regulation and sanctioning of drfamation in the media. Despite the excellent laws, the number of media outlets shut down to pay damages for defamation is increasing, aswall as the number of journalists who openly say that they are afraid to apply this law to all justice instituitions in BiH.
