    By order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the state agency SIPA and the police of Sarajevo Canton conducted an investigation at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, and took statements from the victims in more than 10 cases of threats to journalists, female journalists and the media.

On his Facebook profile, Jasmin Mulahusić, a BiH citizen with a residence in Luxemburg, published threatening messages and misinformation regarding the DEPO portal from Sarajevo, as well as journalists and editors of this media. Mulahusić put this media in a dangerous situation because he published untruths comments regarding media content published by DEPO portal.

BH Journalists Association ( BHJA) sent a request to the Prosecutor’s Office of KS and BiH for the inclusion of this case in the investigation conducted by the prosecutor’s office in connection with Mulahusić’s threats to the media and journalists in BiH.
