The BiH Prosecutor’s Office requested that Hayat TV management be questioned about “their sources of information” in connection with two cases: (a) the publication of a document confirming that Aleksandar Vučić sent his son as an official of the Republic of Serbia and with police escort to the celebration of Republika Srpska Day (2023) sent his son as an official of the Republic of Serbia with a police escort, and (b) the publication of a video clip of the conversation between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Szijjart, and Dragan Čović, the president of HDZ BIH, in the Hayat TV show “Investigation of the Week”, when they talked about the “election to the law on Christian grounds”.
