Insajder journalist Irena Stevic was making a report about whether the gathering in front of the National Assembly, where white tents had been set up, had been registered with the police, since the editorial team had not received an answer to that question from the Ministry of the Interior for days. Upon entering Pioneers Park, unknown men blocked the Insajder crew from entering. One of the men first asked which TV station they were from, made a phone call, and then said they were not allowed to enter. He then stood up and approached the crew in a threatening manner.

Police officers who were present did not react, and when the journalist approached them and asked why unknown men were deciding whether they could access a public space, they gave no answer. Throughout the incident, the officers claimed that access was open, but could not explain who the men in black were. Nonetheless, the unidentified men continued to insist that the crew was not allowed to enter.
