On 12 June 2015, all the windows on the vehicle of a journalist of the daily newspaper “Dnevne novine”, Alma Ljuca, were broken. The vehicle was parked in front of the building in Bar, where she lives. Ljuca said that the attack occurred around 1 AM and that she informed the police about it. Before this attack Ljuca wrote about current events in Bar that are related to irregularities and abuse in work of the Montenegrin Fund for Solidarity Housing Development as well as about the departure of Montenegrin citizens to the front in Sirija. Perpetrators have bit been found yet and Ljuca has not received any new information from the prosecutor’s office.
Police officers in Bar in February 2018 resolved theft reported by a journalists Alma Ljuca. Perpetrator is a juvenile who at the time of the theft was only 13. He was born in the Republic of Serbia with temporary residence in Bar. According to the law, no criminal charges can be filed against persons under the age of 14 at the time of the criminal offense.
