Journalist Kristina Demeter Filipčev was physically attacked while reporting from the “Stop Serbia” protest in Bečej, in Vojvodina.

The journalist approached a certain group of people who appeared at the meeting with the aim of disrupting the event, introduced herself and asked a question to citizens in that group. After posting the question, journalist received a lot of rude insults and was rudely pushed away by several people. At that time, the journalist was called Djilas’ mercenary, a fool, and what kind of journalist she is.

The journalist reported the case directly to the police station in Bečej.
