Saranda Ramaj’s phone was confiscated by the Kosovo Police without the court’s order. Ramaj was stopped by the police while she was reporting on the court procedures against “People’s Eye”. The confiscation of job equipment is a hard abuse of the Law on the Protection of Journalism Sources – specifically by the articles 4, 5 and 6, as well as the article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
