    January 2018 - At the Municipal Criminal Court in Zagreb, illegal prison sentences of one year were imposed on a man (68), three years on his son (41), and a sentence of three and a half years on the third attacker, a man (52). The court also ordered the convicts to pay court costs, as well as medical and toxicological expertise, as well as the travel costs of witnesses in the proceedings.

Željko Peratović was beaten on May 28 2015 at his home in Luka Pokupska near Karlovac. 
He was attacked by three persons, who had come on his property by car. After the attack, 
Peratović received urgent medical help at the Karlovac hospital.
