On the night of November 24, 2024, at around midnight, two individuals approached the guard at the “Koha Jonë” newspaper office entrance, claiming to be journalists and requesting the keys to enter the premises. The guard, not recognizing them and not possessing the keys, denied their request. After several unsuccessful attempts to force open the door, the two individuals left toward “Sami Frashëri” Street.

The Tirana police are investigating the incident and reviewing security camera footage to identify the individuals.
