    MUP RS je ispitao Aleksandra Bursaća koji je priznao krivicu i predmet je predat Okružnom tužilaštvu na postupanje. Predmet vodi tužilac Labotić Saša. Dana 13.10.2017. poslali smo urgenciju tuziocu zaduzenom za ovaj predmet. Postupajući tužilac Okružnog javnog tužilaštva Banja Luka optužnicu je proslijedio na potvrđivanje sudiji za prethodno saslušanje Osnovnog suda u Banja Luci. Ispred Udruženja BHN i Linije za pomoć novinarima uputili smo dopis Osnovnom sudu Banja Luka tj. sudiji za prethodno saslušanje i još uvijek nije odlučeno o predmetu.
