The investigative portal KRIK was served with a new lawsuit filed by Jelena Tanasković, a former minister and one of the defendants for the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad last November, as a result of which 15 people lost their lives and two people were seriously injured. The lawsuit was filed because of the text of the criminal report filed against her by the company “Prvi factor” where Tanasković was a director. The criminal charges were later dismissed. The plaintiff claims the amount of one million dinars from the defendants in the name of compensation for non-material damage due to injury to honor and reputation.
