On March 9, 2025, RTCG’s Journalist, Duška Pejović reported to the Montenegrin police that the unknown man had directed a series of insults and threats towards her in front of her apartment in Podgorica.

The police intervened and arrested Goran Mićković, a resident of Podgorica, who has been held in custody on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of endangering safety.

On April 14, the Basic Court in Podgorica found him guilty of the said crime. Since it was not established during the proceedings that the attack was motivated by her journalistic work, that part of the indictment was dismissed.
