RTV Budva journalist Lidija Bojović received phone threats from M.B. on March 23, 2022, after dissatisfaction with the journalist’s interest in a property dispute which involves M.B.

Namely, Bojović was reporting on a property-ownership dispute over an apartment between M.B. and V.B. The journalist called M.B. to present hes side of the story, which she refused. Instead, she later called and threatened to physically attack both her and all employees if the recorded material was published and she was mentioned in any context.

On the same day, the journalist reported the case to the Budva Security Center. The state prosecutor stated that there is no criminal offense in the case, and that there are no grounds for ex officio prosecution.
