After the government of USK Canton was replaced, the Supervisory Board of RTV USK initiated the dismissal of the editor at the local RTV USK. This procedure is politically motivated and puts pressure on the editors and journalists of this public media. Among the dismissed editors is Gorica Bukić, who held the position of acting director of the Radio. This case also has elements of discrimination and gender-based violence, since Gorica Bukić was “thrown out into the corridor” where her new workplace is.

BH Journalists, through FMHL lawyers, initiated a legal dispute before the court in Bihać, and filed a complaint with the Institution of Ombudsman for Human Rights in BiH regarding gender-based violence and discrimination.
