    The specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at Police Station No. 1 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free status for the criminal offenses of "Abuse of land" and "Threatening due to duty" against the citizen A.T., 50 years old, after inert materials were found on a plot of land owned by him, which are suspected to have been disposed of beyond the permit he holds for this activity. Additionally, on May 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a representative from the investigative program called their officials, stating that the 50-year-old had threatened a journalist while the case was being covered. The journalists from the program did not file a police report regarding this claim.
