Jasmin Mulahusić, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina who lives in Luxembourg, published hateful messages against Slađan Slađan Tomić and Danijal Hadžović in his Facebook account. In an ironic manner, he wrote that he was “convinced that it is only a matter of time when someone will meet Slađan and Danijal and have a ‘nice’ talk with them”. In addition, Mulahusić presented a series of untruths and manipulative provocations about the alleged connection of the freelancer Tomić’s family with the Army of Republika Srpska and the most serious crimes committed during the siege of Sarajevo.

BH Journalists sent a report to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the FBiH and the prosecutor’s offices of the Canton of Sarajevo and BiH. The BH Journalists´ Sttering Committee reacted with a press release.  The announcement was made by the Safejournalists network.

In May 2024, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment. The start of the trial is expected.
