Journalist Nenad Kulačin is 10.02.2025. in Šabac, a person known to him sent a derogatory insult or curse, and after a short conversation, he physically went towards the journalist and swung with the intention of attacking him, but stopped in time. Fortunately, there was no physical attack, but this is one of several incidents that this person did to the journalist in the previous period of one year.

Kulačin immediately reported the case. The journalist was further directed by the police to the contact point in the public prosecutor’s office to report the incident directly.

The face addressed Nenad Kulačin in a negative sense more than once, almost persecuted him on the street by throwing things at him, spitting at the newspaper, addressed him in different ways, but always when he was in a group.

Kulačin stated to UNS: “This is clear from the threatening messages he sent me, alluding to my work. Whenever he sees me, especially when he is in public, he curses at me and spits in my direction. I used to be with my wife and son when he did that. This time I had to react and I reported him to the police, because now it’s really enough,” said Kulačin. He confirmed to UNS that the police and the prosecutor’s office reacted immediately. “The police found him immediately yesterday, I gave a statement to the prosecutor’s office. They said that they knew him from before and that they had already had problems with him. The police did everything I asked, he was warned to stay away from me,” said Kulačin.
