After the owner of OK Radio, Olivera Vladković, refused to sign the consent for the construction of a betting shop as an illegal object, next to the building where OK Radio and the cafe “No comment” were located, and reported this illegal construction to the inspection, both the owners and the editorial staff of OK Radio were seriously criticized, as well as the employees of the cafe No comment. First, on April 11, almost all the windows of the cafe No comment, which is located within the premises of OK Radio, in the center of Vranje, were broken by several perpetrators. After that, on June 1, a person with a bucket of paint on his back entered the premises of the cafe where OK Radio is located when there were no guests and sprayed everything he came across with a sprayer. Just a few days after that event, on June 6, OK Radio employees, upon arriving at work, found the windows of an office boarded up. After that, another person entered the cafe and turned on the speakerphone on his phone, through which the third person threatened the employees. As “Public Service” writes, two people who entered the cafe were identified by the police, and proceedings were initiated against them, and some employees recognized the voice that spoke to them over the phone, as the voice of Dejan Nikolić Kantar, the repeatedly convicted owner of a chain of casinos and a construction investor. According to the Public Service, the threats to the owners and employees of the radio have been going on for months. An anonymous radio source states that the owner has been receiving threats since August that if she does not sign the consent for the construction of the object in question, she will “have problems”, “it will be destroyed”, “it will no longer work”… The threats were reported, but since they came from a prepaid number , the police have not determined who is sending them. Just one day before the scheduled testimony of the victims in the prosecution, Dejan Nikolić Kantar appeared in the cafe No Comment to talk to the owner of OK Radio. During all that time, he is serving a prison sentence for violent behavior, in house arrest without electronic monitoring, with permission to leave the house every day, and for several hours a day.
