| Judiciary status | The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Rs investigated Aleksandar Bursać who admitted he was fought and the case was submitted to the Prosecutors Office. The case is lead by the prosecuotor Labotić Saša. On 13, October we sent an urgency to the prosecutorin in charge for this case. Prosecuting Prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office of Banja Luka forwarded the indictment to the confirmation of the preliminary hearing of the Basic Court in Banja Luka. On behalf of Free Media Help Line we sent a letter to the Basic Court of Banja Luka, and according to the feedback we received, it is not yet decided on the case. |
