Ante Tomić was attacked some time before 22:00. after the Festival of story telling “Priligin”, near the Jouth Home in Split. Tomić was with his friend when two young men came over and tried to punch Tomić at his head. But as he moved away, a rathjer strong blow hit his friend, who seeked mediacal assistance at the Split hospital. Split photo-reporter Feđa Klarić came to help and he managed to take photo of the paerpetrators. he gave the statement to th epolice that perpetrators called Tomić “Yugoslav trash”.
