On 09.05.2014 police have beaten and harassed Gazeta Express photojournalist Kushtrim Ternava, while he was photographing an arrest of a couple by police in Dardania neighborhood. Police arrested immediately Ternava and escorted him to police station. The couple refused the fine of police patrol. Ternava sought medical treatment at Prishtina Hospital to treat, where doctors noticed physical injuries and psychological distress as a result of the violence used by the police
