Journalist of “Nova Pobjeda”, Ivana Komnenic 11.02.2020 reported to the Kotor Security Department that she had received several offensive messages via her Facebook profile.

In the supplement to the report, Komnenic stated that she noticed an unidentified male face with a hood in her vicinity several times, which caused her to feel insecure.

The police identified I.T. and filed a criminal complaint due to a well-founded suspicion that he had committed the criminal offenses of Article 168a of the CCCG, persecution to the detriment of a journalist.
