Into “Slobodna Dalmacija” editorial board in Split a letter was delivered to the journalist. It had her neme on it and inside there was a hand-written text: “You are a poison and you will face the end as Ćuruvija did”. As Slavko Ćuruvija, owner of “Daily Telegraph” and “European” Magazine was killed in front of his house in 1999 in Belgrade, she immediately took the letter to the police station in Split. Police conducted investigation and she was put under police protection. Even today police circulates the street she lives in, but perpetrator has not been found. CJA issued PR condemning attacks against all journalists and calling for institutions to react accordingly.
