TV Vijesti journalist Nikola Milosavić Aleksić received threats over the phone from the owner of the company “Trudbenik” Vuksan Radonjić. Milosavić Aleksić investigated possible irregularities in the operations of Radonjić’s restaurant “Balkan”. He contacted Radonjić to comment, to which Radonjić threatened to “tear off his head” and that he would never think of publishing anything related to him.

The journalist reported the case to the police, and immediately after leaving the station, he received a phone call from Radonje Radonjić, who threatened him to withdraw the report.

The police administration announced that the suspect was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of endangering security to the detriment of journalists.
