N1 reporter Milan Stojanović from Niš was attacked by employees of PCC “Naisus” while filming the excavation of Njegoševa Street. The incident occurred when the reporter arrived at the event and was about 50 meters away from the intersection where, without a fence or a warning sign, workers were excavating the street. That’s when the man who got out of the truck of the “Naisus” public utility company in Nis, started threateningly approaching the journalist, shouting not to film. Although Milan Stojanović told them that he was a journalist and that he was filming the work, the workers approached him as a group, got in his face, rushed at him, trying to drive him away from the task. Then the journalist called the police, who insisted that Stojanović state whether he was threatened or not, while Stojanović insisted that they watch the video. The police solved the problem by securing the N1 team for about half an hour until it finished its work, in order to prevent another attack. Previously, they legitimized the journalist and the waterworks workers.
