On 27 January, Zvonimir Dekovic verbally assaulted and threatened journalist Sinisa Lukovic with physical violence because of the text that Lukovic published in the daily “Vijesti”, on the same day. Basic State Prosecutor charged Dekovic that he had committed the crime of “endangering security“. Just ten days before the incident, Deković publicly, through a paid advertisement in the “Vijesti” apologized to Lukovic because he had mentioned, in a similar context, his deceased parents in the letter pamphlet, which he wrote two years ago and shared in Tivat. Dekovic is a President of the Croatian National Council of Montenegro (HNV) and a member of the Presidency of the Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI).
