President of Municipal Assembly of Grocka, Spasoje Zivanovic, in a telephone conversation, threatened the editor in chief of portal Nasa Grocka, Zeljko Matocevic, that he would prohibit him to attend meetings of the local parliament in the future. When the journalist said that in that case, he violate the law, Zivanovic repeated threat, adding that he was ready to pay a fine.
