During the blockade of a roundabout in Podgorica, organized by residents of Botun as a protest against the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, an incident occurred in which a citizen, Bojan Terzić, prevented a journalist from the ETV Portal from filming the event by covering her phone camera with his hand and saying, “Come on, let’s get out of here. Don’t film.”

The incident followed a verbal altercation after one citizen was denied passage through the blockade, despite his claims that his wife, who was in another Podgorica neighborhood, was pregnant and experiencing pain. At the time, the journalist was carrying out her professional duties. Terzić is previously known to the police and was arrested in September for threatening the Mayor of Podgorica, Saša Mujović, in connection with the construction of the wastewater collector.
