Jasmin Mulahusić, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina who lives in Luxembourg, shared a post on his Facebook profile in which he accused the journalist Šišić of “insulting Islam and Islamic laws”, and in which he provided the address and phone number, as well as the headquarters of this media. The journalist reported the case to FMHL and BH Journalists with the explanation that the motive for these online threats is a series of investigative texts in this medium.
Case registered with FMHL. Also, the FMHL lawyer informed the competent police authorities and the prosecutor’s office, as well as the cybercrime unit of the Federal Police Administration.
Journalist Šišić filed a criminal complaint against Jasmin Mualhusić and requested support from international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
